Rule tier: a domain-specific hide in the un-hideable tier. Rule test-adblock.com##.eng2306-domain-default in a list flagged first_party_protections. Our arm stages this rule through FilterManifestOverride (Adblock.ReleaseTests CosmeticTierFixturesTests); no shipped list has it. Brave cannot be measured here: it puts custom filters in its force engine and no shipped list names test-adblock.com. Its verdict is source-derived: a default-engine domain-specific selector goes through the Standard un-hide (cosmetic_filters_js_handler.cc:791-805).
Expected: Standard hidden, then visible; Aggressive hidden.
Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2306); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
