Control for cosmetic-tier-domain-exception. The same element, on test-adblock.com, where no exception applies: EasyList ###AdRectangleBanner (un-hideable tier) hides it, and the known-ad id keeps Brave's Standard un-hide off. Expected in both modes: hidden. Without this page, the exception page's “visible” would also pass if the rule disappeared.
Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2306); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
