Domain-specific force-tier marker with enough words to count as text.
Rule tier: a domain-specific hide in the force tier. Rule test-adblock.com##.eng2306-domain-force in an unflagged list. Our arm stages this rule through FilterManifestOverride (Adblock.ReleaseTests CosmeticTierFixturesTests); no shipped list has it. Brave measures it as a custom filter, which Brave loads into its additional (force) engine. Plain text, so an un-hide would show it.
Expected in both modes: hidden, and still hidden on the settled read.
Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2306); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
