cosmetic-zstd-generic-hide

Same element and rule as cosmetic-ad-zone (<div class="ad-zone">, generic ##.ad-zone from a force-tier list, hidden in Standard and Aggressive), but this document is served with Content-Encoding: zstd. The Worker returns the pre-compressed bytes in pages/cosmetic-zstd-generic-hide.html.zst; the proxy has to decode Zstandard before it can rewrite the HTML, so a visible .ad-zone here while cosmetic-ad-zone is hidden means the zstd document was passed through unrewritten. Edit the .html, then regenerate the .zst with npm run build:zstd.

If you can read this, no cosmetic rule applied to .ad-zone on a zstd-encoded document.
